Grilled chicken salad

Does anyone know how many calories are in a grilled chicken salad from Red Robin? What can I have on it and can't. I need a calorie count of everything. Please help!!!!

    If they don't have the nutrition listed on their website you will just have to estimate. Google is definitely your friend, the first result when I just searched was from Calorie King and it says 465. I am on a work computer so I cannot get to the actual website to see if that is 'as is' or not, but that seems kind of low for a fast casual restaurant salad.

    Red robin has several grilled chicken salad .....the southwest chicken salad has 800 and something calories .....and over 1000 in sodium

    They have a customizer right on their website, so you can take things away or add them and see the calorie count based on what you like.
