Hi, my name's Tam and I'm trying to lose some weight. My current goal is 40lbs. I haven't done any regular exercise for about 3 years. Right now I'm focussing on correcting my eating habits and trying out keto. I've also started fitting in bits of exercise whenever I can (walking parts of the journey to work, rather than taking the bus). I'm trying to hit at least 10,000 steps per day on my pedometer. I'm planning on getting a gym membership once I've lost the first 20lbs.

I'm looking for some friends to help keep me accountable. Message me if you feel like it!
