1900 Calories

Greetings all.

So according to my fitness plan, I'm suppose to consume 1900 calories. How in the world can I do that ... healthy.

Any ideas, any pointers.

    How can you do that.. find food amounts, cook food, eat food... Done!

    Add portions to your meals..

    I'm new to this having joined a week ago. I'm eating between 1500-1900 every day it's very simple once you get into it.

    1900 calories isn't really that many, especially when you add healthy fats like olive oil and peanut butter. Carbs like bread, pasta,potatoes and rice can also help. Remember, you need to properly fuel your body or you won't lose weight.
