The last few pounds

So I am currently set up with 1 lb. a week weight loss on here and I have 6 more to go before I reach my goal. Should I be adjusting anything right now like my total calories or should I leave them the same and adjust the rate of loss from something like 1 lb to a 1/2 pound? Should I just keep doing what I am doing now? Help, advise? Thank you!

    If you adjust down to .5 lb/week, you will get more calories to eat. That was always my goal from the start.

    The last few pounds can take a while. Might as well eat more & enjoy.

    I would go down to .5lb/week depending what your macros are. I find being aggressive at the end will have you losing and gaining the same 5lbs sometimes.

    I've just lowered my lose to half a pound and wow I'm loving the extra calories! Mind you I'm not eating them all. I began to really struggle on the calories for a 1lb loss and found myself constantly going over, but now just having those few extra calories for a snack is great I now find I'm.not going over my daily allowance.
