How accurate is the calories on map my fitness? I'm doing the exercise bike. I took a break and it said for 8 mins I burned 104 calories. Does that sound right? I want something to track my exercise. I do mainly work out DVDs and Wii fitness games. Are there any fitness tracker that will help me.

Fitness trackers are generally designed to count step-based activity (walking/running). A heart rate monitor can give you a better estimation on steady-state cardio.0

OK do u know of a good heart rate monitor? I just wanna know about how much I burn when I do my work outs. Map my fitness doesn't seem accurate so I just used the data on here for light stationary bike. I did 20 mins and map my fitness said I burned 238 and on here it says like 130 something.0
