This is my big issue with strength training: the day after I lift heavy I feel like I could eat anything not tied down! I control myself, but good Lord does that make me want to eat!!

Of course you want to eat after a day of lifting heavy, and you need to eat. Please increase those calories to a .5 deficit. Also, when you do cardio you need to eat a portion of those exercise calories back.

Honestly, you've done a great job, but you might need a diet break (mentally if nothing else). I'd suggest eating at maintenance for a month or two, and then a smaller deficit as others have suggested.

    This is an outstanding idea.

You really need to pay attention to your NET calories. Ideally, never net below your BMR. I think you should be hungry now. Your net calories have probably been too low, and now that you have less fat you are really starting to feel it. That's a good signal your body is giving you, so listen :)
