    I love dates, banana, protein powder, and raw cacao with either almond milk or on water depending on cals.

    Common/Basic Ingredients:

    -Any fruit you like (preferably frozen for a thicker consistency)

    -Milk of your choice (very cold/slightly slush like for me)

    -Spices: Cinnamon (works wonders for banana, dark cherries, and strawberries), ginger, nutmeg,, cloves, pumpkin spice, etc.

    -Cocoa/Dark Cocoa Powder

    -Salt (kosher, sea salt, himalayan pink salt) to taste if you like adding salt

    -Sweetener to taste

    -Flavor extracts

    I've been freezing pumpkin puree and using that in a smoothie with banana, a packet of vanilla carnation instant breakfast, a 100 calorie vanilla Greek yogurt, and some milk. I sprinkle it with pumpkin pie spice. You could sub protein powder for the carnation stuff. It makes 2 servings and is so good!
