I need help !

Hi my name is Beth . I'm back . Have not been doing well at all . I have depression and my eating habits suck . I do good 2 days then blow it . I need to excersise but no motivation . Any good ideas? Please help

    Take it in small steps, work on changing one habit at a time. Perhaps start with cutting back on 'junk foods' or just focusing on keeping to your calorie goal. Once you've got the hang of that then start adding in exercise. Don't put too much pressure on yourself.

    Small steps is right. Log your normal day of eating, see where your numbers are at and then see what you need to work on. Just know that seeing any results needs consistency, you won't change, progress or grow as a person unless you can do something as simple as tracking your food and devoting 30 minutes of your day to working out. Prove to yourself you can do this, you'll learn to love fitness and you'll be able to put the same work ethic and energy into anything in life
