Nashville Area Exercise (Beginners) Partners Search

WHAT:
I am looking for exercise partners in the Southeast Nashville, Antioch, LaVergne, possibly Donelson and Hermitage Tennessee areas. Beginners only please. Looking to work out together but not necessarily expected to do the exact same workout. Also not less than 30 minutes. My interests are some cardio (with stationary machines and/or not), weight training, flexibility training and some group fitness classes.
WHEN:
Meet 1-3 times a week, different days, times and places to be determined by our schedules and keeping in touch (mostly email at first). Mostly afternoons, early evenings and late evenings.
HOW:
Whenever we think that we have some time and want to get together to exercise we should contact each other and see if each other is available; as early as possible but sometimes even last minute invitations, you never know! Don’t take a few nos from me as a bad thing. Sometimes we will be able to make it sometimes we won’t. No pressure! Hopefully just a little bit of motivation and encouragement!
