I am sooooooo frustrated...I've been working on these two kilos for over a month, trying to find a way to fit diet and exercise in my everyday life. I go out for ONE night eating what I wanted an now the scale shows 2 kilos more. Unbelievable!!! I want to cry.

2 kilos in one night is a fluctuation

Why aren't you eating what you want generally, within your calories

If you decided to cut carbs and suddenly are them it's water

If you had excess sodium or alcohol it's water weight

Due on, around ovulation? Water weight

Do you think you ate 14000 calories over maintenance in one day?

Please get used to the fact you don't have a scale weight but a scale weight range which is generally within 2 kilos

Look, this is me, 3 months in maintenance, logging accurately at maintenance..staying at maintenance ...my range is 5lb, my nominal goal weight is 160 ...this is normality ...black dots are actual scale weight but the trend line is fairly flat..it's like this for everyone

Rather than your body forgiving you, you should forgive it.

Take an honest look at how you spend your day. I would bet you could find an hour to exercise.

Drink loads of water for a day, the next day you should be down. Personally, if I have pop (diet or not) or too many refined carb, the scale will jump up 2kg.. Hang in there.
