Weekly meal prep. Ideas

Hello everyone!

Tomorrow I'm going to prepare the meals for the whole week. I'm doing this to help me with weight loss. This way I don't have to worry about what I'm going to eat and the portions are already in place, plus I can save money and time during the week.

I have a few ideas in mind like:
1. Baked chicken-1cup of brown rice-Broccoli
2. Salmon- Asparagus
3. Baked chicken- Sweet potatoes -Mix Veggies.

Any other suggestions? Please enlighten me lol
