Good living room exercises

I REALLY need to tone up my thighs and bingo wings and general all over tone. Does anyone have any good exercises that i can do in my living room? I have a young baby who needs lots of attention so can't go to the gym or out as he gets poorly a lot. Thanks :-)

Have a look at you are you're own gym, convict conditioning, and my fav nerdfitness. All are body weight resistance work that can give good results without going to a gym or investing in equipment.

I do all kinds of workout videos(dvds or youtube). Jillian, Denise, and the Firm are some good ones.

Second this.
The programs suggested are all are full body progressive overload. Especially the progressive overload part is important, as you want to keep increasing the difficulty as it gets easier for you.0 -
Thanks guys :-) now just need to actually DO these0

Those BodyRock videos look good. I'll be giving those a go! The parallel bars I've seen seem fun, but weirdly expensive0

https://www.fitnessblender.com/ is awesome. You can look up exercises by type, duration, intensity, body part etc...
On YouTube I also love Zuzka Light and Blogilates.
All of those are free. I also have a number of workout videos -- I highly recommend checking out the videos from the library first to see if they suit your style (before buying them)
I am not into aerobic videos, so for cardio at home I have a mini-trampoline and a hula hoop. I mostly run outside now, but when I had to stay home w/ the kids all day, those were fun options.0
