New & with goals!

Hey guys! I've posted here a couple of times before but just with specific questions about Fitbit etc. As far as actually being a part of the community, I'm new - and I have goals! I'm looking for accountability and motivation right now because I know I'm capable of what I'm looking for if I really put my mind to it.
I'm currently at my highest ever weight, coming in at 128. I know this may not seem like a big deal to some, but I'm a small-framed woman who barely hits 5'2". My goal right now is to weigh in at 110 to start of 2016 and then start reverse dieting. I've been at this weight before and it was a good weight for me, but it's crept up over the past few years as I've been less active than I would like to be. I started crossfit in June and I LOVE it but I'm currently out on crutches for the next several weeks as I tore up my ankle playing flag football with friends.
And now you know about me! My question for right now is if there is some sort of weekly weigh-in/accountability thread floating around, because something like that would be perfect for the type motivation that works well for me. If not, how do you guys usually do public accountability/motivation? Do you just start a thread and update it periodically?
