Wanted: Support Squad

Hey ! I'm back on MFP after falling off track for a while. Looking for support along this journey :) Does anyone have advice on how to stay consistent long term?

    Do it slowly, do it consistently, do it right, and do it once (one more time).

    Just be methodical, and dedicated. Track everything you eat. Become a little obsessive about it, it won't make you crazy. Be accurate and on top of your diet and fitness.

    Thanks AJ_G. I like what you said about doing it once (one more time).. Its so frustrating to fall off the wagon and have to restart. My focus now is to not miss a day of recording + get a consistent workout schedule.
