I really struggle to find time for breakfast so am wondering if there are any low fat/calorie snacks I can eat on the go?

Instead of thinking about eating when you have to race out of the door, the night before pack food for a mid-morning snack after you get to work.
Low fat includes beans and a small tortilla, apple and a piece of cheese,0 -

You can look at my diary. I am low on fat and actually struggling to get it up. You don't need to consume "low fat" everything. I used to have a Quest bar for breakfast before they changed their formula. I understand wanting to eat on the go.0

I usually do a protein bar or banana for breakfast. Cottage cheese is always good.0

I try to eat enough breakfast to carry me through the morning. This means I need all the macros in there, including fat. I work at getting about 400 cals.
If you truly want low fat low calorie the sky's the limit.
Water
Black coffee
Skim milk
Egg white omelet with veggies
Fruit salad with zero fat Greek Yogurt
Dry toast0 -
Fiber bars are my life saver. If I get hungry anytime thruought the day during meals I eat one, wait an hour if I'm still hungry I either have another or usually I'm 30-45 mins from my meal so I just hold off.0

fruit and yogurt
vegetable omelet
egg sandwich
breakfast tortilla (scrambled eggs and salsa on a low carb tortilla)
