I would like to slimmer for my calf
and around my knee. Is running better to achieve or weight training is better...?

Eating fewer calories than you burn is the key to fat loss. All physical activity burns calories so doing any exercise, as well as eating less, can help with fat loss. Spot fat reduction is not possible.
As for your calves, fat loss will help but keep in mind that overweight people with big calves tend to transform into healthy weight people with big calves. If you are a big calved person, you may lose the extra fat but your calves will likely always be on the bigger side, absent illness or injury. That's not a bad thing though!0 -
Thank you for your reply. I have lost 15kg so far and my current BMI is 21.8. Upper body seems slim, but calves is too big!
My calves size has not been changed at all...
But anyway, I will try to keep lose fat!0 -
