Hi Everyone,
Well I tried to lose weight a year ago and apparently failed miserably at it. But I'm back and not giving up . I'm in my early 30s, have decided to change careers and am finishing up a new degree at UBC in British Columbia, Canada (Environment and Sustainability). If anyone would like to add me as a friend that'd be awesome, as I feel social motivation is a big help for me.
Cheers,
Mike

Hi Mike
First of all, you need to address why you 'failed' previously. Was the plan you were following unsustainable? Did you feel deprived and as a result fell off the wagon? What happened to cause you to give in? Once you've answered these questions, you'll need to look at ways of dealing with these problems should they arise again.
This whole process can be trial and error - you'll get there though.
Good luck!0
