What foods should I eat when I'm under calories and at my goal for fat? How do I find this information out on my own?

    Anything with zero fat or fat free duh :)

    I like yogurt. But they're only like 100 calories. Good in protein too.

    Beer, marshmallows, skittles - all zero fat. But fruit would be better for micronutrients - most have negligible fat content.

    Go to the macro pyramid and pick any quadrant far from the fats.

    A slice of bread might do it. I don't worry if I go over in fats.
