Fitbit Charge HR - Resting Heart Rate

Just wondering why my RHR is usually around 55-58 bpm according to my charge AND when I take it manually myself every morning when I wake up..
Yet fitbit tells me my RHR is 65-68 bpm when I sync it? I've been wearing it for 2 weeks now and I was told it will drop down but it hasn't budged.. Soo just wondering if anyone else has this happen?
(I have also posted this in the fitbit forum, though thought I'd post it here as I'm not sure if it will be seen by many in the fitbit threads)
