Need a food plan by week?

so I'm going to really try to lose weight, we are finally moving and I'm finishing shcool and a new job on the horizon, I finally feel in control and want to get in shape for the first time in 10 years.
But here's the problem. I want to make my food, I love cooking and I already make food for some of my animals, they eat healthier than I do! But I am horribly picky and also not good at figuring out calories, fat, protein, fiber ect.
Anyone know a good website that you can go on and it will give you like a menu for the day or week? I figure this way I could go through a list of healthier meals and combine then so I'm using what I have around each week when cooking for us until I get better at figuring it out myself, and also finding more foods that don't make me gag (<I'm this kind of picky eater).
Also any ideas for foods that I can snack on? My go to is usually watermelon since I don't eat as much as say chips ect, but it's only good for 1 or 2 months a year here. I've also done spinach with cranberries but that's only good for a few days before I'm sick of it and I don't have anything to rotate.
Thanks!

Try googling something like this: Five Day 1500-Calorie Diet Meal Plan
Cut up other fruits and keep in the fridge for snacks.0
