    really so whats low ?

Low is 50 calories or less. Of course it all depends on the pancake size too, but I make 6 pancakes for 200-300 calories with Kodiak mixes.

I'm not saying they're necessary bad, but sometimes the calorie difference is so minimal that you're better off just eating the real thing (unless of course you REALLY love them).

I mean, my delicious and extremely not 'healthy' buttermilk pancakes come out at 80-100 calories per pancake.

Absolutely. I make one pancake with a serving of the Kodiak mixes for 190 cals (w/ just water) because I can't be bothered to spend the time making three smaller ones. My range burners aren't big enough to let me space out three at once and get the pancakes all cooked properly. So to me, 190 for a pancake is pretty good, LOL.

Haha I always try and they break when I try to flip them if I make them too big... so now I'm lazy and I just make them in the waffle maker.

It's just the disappointment of people thinking they can eat MORE pancakes and then realizing, no. No, I can't.

I norm use egg whites from a carton. 240mg of sodium for being lazy lol. Cut that by separating your own whites.

Should also mention I use a small food processor to blend the ingredients for a couple minutes.
