Aren't there coaches that can tell you this?0

You could also select aerobics general.0

Could be. I don't have a coach and figure someone on this forum has probably looked into this before..

I tried but couldn't find an answer. I googled and only found beach body websites and they as I understand they inflate the calorie burns. So I would go with aerobics general.0 -

I am maintaining so I don't want to overestimate calories loss... But if that's the only option...0 -

Nope you don't want to do that. Go with this number for a month and if you start losing or gaining adjust this number up or down.0 -
ok thanks0

I am doing body beast and there is no way to give anyone a calorie burn of any exercise in this program. This is a dynamic set lifting/training program.
It is all based on individuals their lifts (weights), pace, speed, what not... My progressive set, giant set, force set, etc.. of any exercise will never be what another person does.
If you are talking about the total body or the cardio outside of Bulk Beast or Lean Beast then you should wear a heart monitor during these two parts of the program...0 -
I will add this too, this program gives you advice on the calories you should be eating through Sagis calorie methods and menu plans.. It is pretty much no guess work depending on if you leaning out or bulking..
SInce this is a lifting program, there really is no eating back these calories.. MFP should be setup according for the lean or bulk..0 -

so if i am maintaining i shouldnt add back calories?0 -
Ok let's try this another way...
You are maintaining weight and plans are not to lean up or bulk? You simply want to throw around some weight and keep your muscle mass?
edited to add: I sense there is a goal here, but I need you explain what your plans were when you got the Body Beast program.. This is a serious program..
And if you did Shaun T workouts how did you calculate calorie burns for that?
I will add this as well, a lifting program usually does not burn very many calories. For example, the back/bis maybe a 100 for me, maybe a little higher for you, but because there is no way to guage this (it is not steady state cardio) you do not know how much to eat back.
this is why a carefully laid out plan is in order for the program and the way it is designed (or for any lifting program for that matter) to have a nutritional plan based on specific goals. this is a goal oriented program...
The package comes with all the resources you need to setup calories, workouts and acheiving the end results and even staying in certain blocks when needed.
I think I may need to step aside and let you research some other avenues that can help you create a plan/goal.. otherwise where you know which direction you are going?
Sagi will constantly say through the program, "eat whats on the plan".. He is serious about this because you cannot build unless you do..0 -
I used the MFP estimate for weight lifting under the cardio section, halved it and started there. Then it was just trial and error to find the right amount. It's not a lot compared to cardio but still those calories make the difference in my lifts and keep me at maintenance.
ETA otherwise you can go to the TDEE method if you're following the program regularly and have the calories already built in.0 -

Correct. I am not trying to bulk. Simply lean up. You can call it a recomp . so I want to stay the same weight so I am eating now at maintenance.
For Shaun t. workouts I averaged based upon other people's calculations who were of similar weight and height. Also my goal then was to lose so I wasn't eating back calories0
