Hi everyone,
I am looking to lose weight I am about 205 pounds (yikes) looking to lose 60 pounds. early 20s. My height is 5'7. Just looking for advice, positive comments, recipe, anything. Ready for change.

    The fact that you want to chang is the first step! Remembering that you want to do more than just lose weight is important. When you want to just lose weight you restrict yourself significantly. Don't. Track what you normally eat for a few days and then see what you need to change. you think of it as a lifestyle change you are much more likely to stay on track. Good luck and stay strong .

    Get a food scale to get accurate with calorie counting from the start.

    I know 205 pounds may seem daunting right now - but break that number into smaller increments (Example: 8 lbs per month)! This is what I did with my 32 lbs and it really helped me. I actually found myself enjoying the process! Best of luck - you can do this :)
