35 and want to get back to 20

Hi I'm a35 yr old mom of three and just want to work hard to rewind my body to when I was twenty. I'm at 180 and need to be at 130. I've been trying to eat healthier and in better portions. I also want to get in better shape. This is to be a lifestyle change bc I want to be healthy, happy and active with my kids. I feel like I need a drill sergeant most days. Would love to have friends looking to take the same journey

Your headline should say "35 and will get back to my 20s". 50 pounds is easy , with hard work and dedication. I lost 60 pounds in 5 months. 25% is working out and 75% is clean eating. To lose quickly count those calories and stay around 1200 calories per day.0

I've made a lot of changes to my diet, all for the better. I have some serious weaknesses like ice cream and pizza. It's hardest to eat right on game days (kids play sports). The thing I have the most trouble with is exercising regularly. But I'm on my way and refuse to quit!!!0

The biggest key to creating a successful lifestyle change is mindset. I'd say change your thinking from wanting to go back to your 20's to wanting an improved and best version of your current self. Forward thinking generally is more positive.
Either way, making small, sustainable changes is the key. Bring small snacks with you on the days the kids are busy with activities. Try to have healthy options with you so that you're not tempted by other things. Start with diet. Be more active, but don't worry too much about a rigid exercise schedule. Keep up your "refuse to quit" attitude!0
