I've been using MyFitnessPal since 2011... Did wonders and lost about 30lbs. I slack off a lot, and I guess that's why I'm where I am now, back to my heaviest. I had a daughter in March 2015. Pregnancy went well, as I honestly didn't gain much weight, after having my daughter I did exclusively breastfeed, which made me lose more weight. I weighted the least while breastfeeding. Now here's the thing I've come to realize... I'm extremely lazy. Going back to cosmetology school, I even made it to where I sat more than when I did when I was pregnant. I started buying fast food and munching on that junk so much it became so good once again. Let's take it back to when I lost 30lbs, those were the days I despised fast food and didn't crave it. Now that I've had it once again, my mind loves it; shame on me. How can I go about it a different way to where I able to keep myself well fed while taking care of my stubborn almost 7 month old. Parents know that their child comes first. Husband and I struggle with getting adequate feedings from our daughter as she hates breastfeeding, dislikes the bottle and fights baby food. I just need the motivation I once had. My heart was once in it and I know I can bring that back just how do I go about it?
