Go buy Thug Kitchen Social Grub cookbook - I have cooked nearly all the recipes in TKI and just bought TKII (the second cookbook, Social Grub). Okay - foul language - lots of foul language - but it's so good you will be swearing by it too! I'm pretty spoiled - I can't read a rated PG cookbook anymore after TK.

This isn't meant as an advertisement - it's more of a shout out to the authors who wrote an awesome vegetable centric cookbook (for vegans and for those who just want to make some veggie choices more often) - THUG KITCHEN 2 - SOCIAL GRUB! So back to what I was intending to post - I just made a carrot dog - crazy - marinated the carrot in hot dog juice and whala - put the fixin's on and put it on a bun and damn - it's one awesome rethought hot dog. Page 142 of the new Thug Kitchen book. So grateful to the thugs....it rocks!
