Hi I'm missie and I am trying to lose 20 pounds.
I am a full time student at Western University for Psychology and I have a part time job.
I do find time to go to the gym on some mornings but lately it's been causing me to fall behind in my course because I am so tired. Right now I want to focus more on the healthy eating.
I am always looking for support and encouragement or even a weight loss buddy. Feel free to add me! :)

    Hi Missie:) You can do small things to avoid being stable, like using stairs more, walking as much as possible. YOu are very young and start to good eating habits, like avoiding soda, french fries, fast food or processed ready to use meals. Think green and live green :) And the most dangerous time is night time for gain weight. Stay away junk food especially at nights :)
