I have a private group of 30 women. If you are interested in joining and have a lot to lose please send me a private message. Do not respond here I will only respond to private messages. Daily we track our food exercise and water intake. Our main purpose is to be accountable and support each other. There is absolutely no selling ...this is not a beach body type thing.
