Starting fresh, would like some support after health problems

hi,
I started using mfp back in 2012 and used it really successfully to lose over 40 lbs. I was getting fit as I was due to have surgery and turning 40. September 2014 I went into hospital to have major surgery. However 3 weeks into my recovery I developed an infection that has caused my body to attack itself . I've now got severe arthritis and have to inject myself weekly with methotrexate . So this morning I bit the bullet and got on the scales. I'm going to try my best and log what I eat. I'm going to move as much as I can when I can. My weight has gone up and up but I'm hoping I can stop it.
