At it again!

I seriously feel like I have started and stopped my journey a million times. Last week was my first week of eating healthier and it was not that hard at all. This week it seem as I am looking for every excuse possible not to. Trying to get into an exercise routine has been the toughest part by far for me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I need to loose at least 100lbs.

    Break the 100 lbs into smaller increments (example: 6 lbs per month) :)
    This'll make the process a little less daunting and you'll be encouraged to hit those small mini goals.
