Some advice?

Hello all!
I recently had to have my gallbladder removed (it decided to just stop functioning last year).
I'm looking for advice on foods that people would think best to help keep me full, but not upset my digestive track. I'm still in the little to no fat allowed stage post-op, and I've learned the hard way not to challenge my system (I just wanted peanut butter
). So, any ideas? I find that while I've been eating plenty of fruit and veggies, and poultry, I just don't stay full for too long.
I am also an avid drinker of water...my minimum is 70 fl oz daily.
Also, I know this is a different area of discussion, but any strength exercise ideas for one who's doctor said couldn't do any real core exercises for 6 weeks post-op? I was on a personal challenge to gain muscle, but since the surgery, I'm kind of lost as what to do.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I had my gall bladder removed 15 years ago. I was never able to get past the low fat stage and was on medication for over 10 years. I discovered that when I ditched all the dairy and eggs, my stomach handled everything much better. I eat beans every day (your body gets used to them) and they keep me full and satiated. Love to have beans and rice with salsa mixed in0

Anything low-fat. Fruits and veggies are generally low-fat and very filling.
If the doctor said you shouldn't do that stuff, but you really, really need to do something, my advice would be to follow the doctor's instructions. I know you tend to ignore them, but it's a bad idea, as your peanut butter should've taught you. It's a few weeks. You'll make it through!0 -
Fish and lentils are two other good protein sources (protein helps you stay feeling full).0
