Does anyone have a good run/walk Hiit work out or can I just create my own by doing one minute "on" and two minutes "off"?

I do this on a bike, but I like the 10/20/30 method. 30 seconds at low intensity, 20 at medium, 10 all-out. Do 1-4 sets of 5 reps with about two minutes of low intensity between sets.

c25k does intervals. and then increases running intervals till you ideally can run 30min straight

but as for actual HIIT idk but you can probably set it up on runkeeper or other such apps

I don't think this is exactly HIIT but this is what I do: Set treadmill to fastest speed I can maintain for 30 seconds. Hop on and run for 30 seconds. Hop off onto rails for 30 seconds. Repeat 9 times for a total of 10 minutes.

I do similar to @jemhh... I run about 15kmph for 1 minute then 30 seconds hop off. About 4-5 times. Then I walk a little bit to drop my heart rate and when I am ok I do max incline and run 30 seconds 12kmph and 30 seconds off. All together not more than 15 minutes.

This is actually my everyday warm up
    After I lift

Yeah, I found that trying to increase/decrease the speed in 30 second increments didn't work well. It takes 10 seconds or so for each speed change.
