Hi All! I'm new to MFP and just starting the journey to my goal weight! Looking for any tips and tricks to keeping up motivation to exercise and lose weight :)

    Keep up with your logging. Seeing how much you are taking in really is critical to losing weight. As you slowly start to lose the weight seeing the changes on the scale and your appearance is a big motivator. It is also a great feeling as you realize how much easier it is to move around without getting out of breath.
