Hi, my name is Kevin. I lived in Chicago all my life. I guess I'm just posting to make sure I stay on the right path to get back in weight. I fluctuated with my weight my whole life. I was a chubby kid. lost a lot of weight in high school and was about 5'10" 170. Throughout my high school and college I got into weight lifting and got pretty big. I was a healthy 190 pretty muscular. Went to Korea for a year and dropped down back to 170. Went back to college gained a massive amount of weight to about 260. And now I dropped down some weight due to running and boxing back down to 220. I want to get back to my ideal weight which would be 185. Currently on a Keto Diet and eating less than 50g of carbs a day. With macro of 45%/40%/15% pro/fat/carbs. with a 35% calorie intake deficiency. I'm shooting for about 1,500 calories a day. Nice to meet everyone and hope I'll be able to learn a lot on this site.
