Switched from high bar squats to low bar ... but can I keep doing both?

For a number of reasons, I recently made the decision to switch from high bar back squats to low bar back squats. I'm feeling really good about this choice, but I'd like to incorporate both into my lifting routine. I know that high bar works the quads more and I want to continue to prioritize them.

I'm running StrongLifts 5x5 at the moment. From what I've read online, some people suggest incorporating low weight, high rep, high bar squats if you're doing mostly low bar work. Does this make sense? And what exactly would this look like? (3x8 or 3x10 with high bar after low bar work? I also don't really know what "low weight" means in this context. If I'm squatting around 120lbs for 5x5, is just doing the bar low weight? Or should it be more than that?)

Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions!

I added some front squats to emphasize more quad work, it actually helped with both high and low bar squats for me as it helped strengthen my core, emphasize my upright posture, etc.

Nothing wrong with doing both. I typically do high-volume high bar squats (say, 5x10) and low-volume, intense work using low-bar (pure strength). I do it this way because too much low-bar hurts my wrists and elbows. Hell you can do all the squat variants if you want. They're all pretty similar, especially when comparing high bar to low bar.
