    Lace 'em up and go for 20 minutes... If you feel it keep going! If not, you still got 20 minutes in. More than you wanted to :)

    Just do it! Whatever IT is. You will feel so much better after you do! I never feel like going to the gym after working all day, but I am ALWAYS glad I did after my workout. Best of luck on your journey!!

    ^ This - My hardest part is getting my workout clothes and sneakers on. Once they are on I might as well do something. 20 minutes is better than nothing and sometimes it is all I have.
