Back on the bandwagon!

Hi guys,

Just checking in after about 10 months off. Over the course of a year or so of logging my food and exercising, I had lost just over 30 pounds. I was doing great, but stress due to big life events kicked in around June and I've gained about 10 pounds back. I've been able to halt the weigh gain, and lost a couple pounds in the past few weeks by reigning in my stress eating (and drinking), but I think it's time to start logging again for a while so that I can remind myself of what my portion sizes should look like and see cold hard stats of how much exercise I am getting (or not getting). Words of encouragement are appreciated! Holla!
