Porridge

Porridge is amazing...so delicious, healthy and filling. Add fruit and before 8am you have had one of your 5 a day.
I pick apples from a small tree in the garden, grate an apple and add the porridge and a handful of blueberries..very yummy.

    Porridge is the perfect start to the day. I slice a banana on top along with 25g of mixed nuts. Always keeps you full until lunchtime.

    I have it as a mid-afternoon snack - allows me to have a later supper and not go to bed hungry.
