Hi everyone my name is Marlene and I am just now starting with my fitness pal. I'm really excited because this is the first time I'm actually trying yo be part of a wight loss community. I currently weigh 235 pounds and would like to lose abpit 80. This is the first time I have weighed this much since I gave birth to my daughter 9 years ago. My husband and I are both trying to lose weight and encourage encourage each other but for some strange reason I feel like instead of encouraging we're both enabling so I'm hoping that this app will help us out alot. Now I do have to admit I'm not a cook I have never been good at it the best thing I've ever made probably cereal in my kitchen, but because we both want to become healthier I'm going to try to start cooking more. So if anybody has any tips or tricks for cooking or picking something up on the go, please feel free to message me at anytime with any ideas I greatly appreciate it thanks :)

Also I would love for anyone who can give support or would like help on the weight loss journey I would love to be friends
