Seems to be trending amongst women in my area. Let's face it, drinking water bottle just becomes too bland if you keep doing it everyday. Drinking bottled sugar drinks like gatorade, Naked juice (yuck) is expensive and pretty bad for your health if its too much of them. I decided to take on this challenge. I slice apples, oranges, and berries inside a water bottle. Yes it does taste like watered down fruit juice, but you are getting the benefit of the fruit without added sugar and chemicals. With 8 glasses a day, you can add some of the fruits nutrients in your body.

Here are some combinations you can do.

Nothing wrong with it, but you're probably not getting much benefit from the fruit. You're missing most of the fiber, and only some of the vitamins will diffuse into the water. :)

I do in the summer. I use the canning jar lid that ball makes for infusing. Frozen fruit is great because it keeps the water cold like ice. I do it just for flavor. Also, my tap water is good, and a lot cheaper than bottled water.
