I've just started using this app after YEARS of not logging anything, so it would be awesome to meet some like-minded individuals for moral support. I'll be on daily logging in my food intake (I use a hand written journal for my exercise logs) so I'm definitely a participating member.
As for my background: I'm currently at goal weight, just trying to change my BF% and swap some fat for muscle, tone things up a bit. I meal prep and train about 4-6 times a week (depending on how much leg day cripples me lol). I'd like to make friends with some like minded individuals: people who are serious about reaching their goals (no matter your current body type). Anyways, I look forward to talking to all of you.
