Hi my name is Tracy, originally from the uk but moved to Sweden five years ago. Nearing the big 50 years and want to try and get my health in order before it is too late! I do not have any friends over here and it can be very lonely at times. I have approx. nine stone to lose... daunting... but not impossible :-) I would love to hear from like minded souls who have the same long path ahead. :-)
