Any Theatre/Live Event Technicians on here?

Hi guys!

I'm just wondering if there are any people on here who work in technical theatre or live event tech.

How do you guys manage to keep on track with the irregular and often long hours that are part of the industry?

I've had a set back and am struggling to be able to properly plan and prep meals as my working hours often see me too tired to stay awake at night to prep or get up earlier than I have to. Just curious to hear other's opinions on this.
