    Most days.
Eating cholesterol containing foods does not raise my cholesterol in an unhealthy way. I think that is true for most people.

I don't eat any dietary cholesterol.

If you replace some of your animal products with plant products, you won't go over as often.

Beans and legumes are a great source of protein and fiber together, as well as some key minerals. They also happen to taste great. ;)

Unless high cholesterol runs in your family, I wouldn't worry so much about going over it on here. Dietary cholesterol has been found to not affect blood cholesterol.

In fact, there have been many brosciencey stories (mine included) saying that eating more eggs helped lower their cholesterol.

I eat a low carb high fat diet, so most of my foods have cholesterol. I just avoid transfats and limit polyunsaturated fats. Otherwise I eat a lots of eggs, meat, cheese, and other fats.
