Ever feel like your famished? I am totally blowing my allotment for today because of it. I've eaten all healthy foods luckily. I just finished off a smoothie of oats, almond milk, Chia seeds, yogurt, and strawberries. I had a handful of cashews earlier that didn't help. I sure hope this does the trick. I think I am seeing a pattern of feeling this way on days when I do strength training. But my calorie allotment doesn't change to match the hunger, which even includes all exercise calories. I assume that's normal. Do you eat or just let your stomach growl so you can stay within your calories for the day?

Yup, it's happening to me as I type this...for me, I'm starved for the evening of, and the very next day, ALL day...I could eat everything in the house, and then go out for more...I WONT...but I could! ;) I hit post too soon...edited...I find if I eat more carbs, I won't be as hungry during those days...but if I hear my belly complaining, I'm eating!!

I am always starving on the day after a lifting day. I lift at night, so the next day I go through the hunger pains. I try to do some light cardio on those days to give myself a little more to work with as far as calories go. I also make sure to try to hit my protein and fat macros on those days, since those foods are more satiating for me.
