Hello, everyone!
My name's Charlotte, currently 23 years old and 174.4 lbs at 5'8". I'm definitely not new to exercising. When I was 18-19 I was extremely fit, did Weightlifting, P90X, Insanity, you name it, I did it. It worked pretty well and I was at about 137-140 lbs. Probably about 25% body fat
I was a surrogate mother and ballooned all the way up to about 203 lbs, dropped to 190 after birth and got as low as 160 lbs. Then went to work in a restaurant and gained 14 lbs. Trying to get to about 130-135 lbs. Not too worried about the weight as much as my body fat percentage which currently is 37%!!!! I'd like to get down to 18-20%.
So, that's a bit about me. Most of my weight is in my stomach which is extremely unappealing to me. So I'm starting a 1,200 calorie diet, and exercising 1 hour Mon-Sat, rest day on Sunday (Which I do stretching/yoga.)
Just looking for some friends and support here. I come from a background of binging/purging and don't want to fall back into that.

Hi Charlotte :]
You'll find plenty of support and encouragement here.
Stick with MFP and know that healthy = successful. I don't think it'd be a bad idea to seek help from a professional to deal with your past disordered ways of eating but know that we'll certainly help you here.
Wishing you the very best of luck and happiness.0
