The result of most supplements is cash loss but no weight loss.0

Most of the skinny teas or detox teas contain natural diuretics or laxatives. They force your body to drop some quick water weight or waste, but they do little else. If it's a senna based tea, please be careful with it. Those shouldn't be used more than 7 days.0

It's fancy flavored green tea. Might be tasty, won't do anything for weight loss at all, and costs more than just buying nice flavored green tea.0

Looking at their website, they sell every type of woo product on the market. Avoid anything that promises effortless results. Or is promoted by Dr Oz.0

"Detox" - check.
"Fat burning" - check.
"Weight loss" - check.
Spot reducing - check.
Nothing but glowing (shill) reviews - check.
Hideously overpriced - check.
Run away. As fast and far as you can.0 -

@LeeMay63 I've tried the Yogi brand "blueberry green tea slim life" tea and it is pretty good. I don't notice a dramatic weight loss difference, but it helps curb appetite.0

Typically I try to fit 1 - 2 Arizona Ice Teas inside of me on a hot day. Does that count?0
