Hi All
Im going to be using My fitness pal to get my Mojo back. I have 10 pounds to lose and Im interested in eating low carb, running, walking my 2 gorgeous springer spaniel boys and walking in the gorgeous Northumberland country side. I am recently married and finding that eating out too often, and eating protion sizes similar to my husband are not good for the waistline, so time to do something about it. I have no friends on her yet :o , but hope to find some similar people on here. Its a fab website Judy
