If you're using MFP's goals eat your exercise calories. It expects that you will.0 -
You should be NETTING the goal that MFP gives you. That's the way the system works.0

Net calories, but if you are unsure of your calorie burns you may want to lower the amount MFP estimates for a given exercise. The database may say you burn more than you do causing you to have less of a deficit if you eat them all.0

Net them..... I prefer to use my Polar FT60 heart rate monitor to get a more accurate calorie burn... but definitely Net if your using the MFP method...0

The treadmill says I burn 600 calories in 45 minutes. I know that can't be right, so I give myself 300. I have been netting in the 900s I guess....0

Then you should probably be using the 600. 900 is not netting your goal.0
