If I can, you can!

That title pretty much sums up how I feel. After high school I was pretty much a couch potato for years lol. I was the laziest person I knew. I would fight with people that tried to make me walk to the corner store. Now I'm 8 months in and I've gone from 384lbs to 309lbs. I'm still not where I would like to be, but damn if I don't feel a hell of a lot better. Now I feel like I'm my age, you know, now I'm up and have energy, I feel great alive and definitely more comfortable in my skin. I'm not sure if anyone actually reads these lol but if you do all I can say is don't give up, I know it's hard to stay motivated but if I can do it so can you. God bless.

I love motivating posts like this. Great job. Once you start down this road, there's no turning back. Why would anyone want to go back to being unfit and unhealthy. It's a journey of a lifetime.0

Well once I discovered that all of these white starches essentially become sugars in your body. I stopped eating Bread, pasta, etc.. Which were all my favorites lol. But now I eat 96% lauras lean beef, Boneless skinless breasts. I eat a lot of beans like kidney and black. In the morning I like to eat a smoothie with vanilla almond miles, frozen fruit, flaxseed. Along with scrambled 100% natural egg whites. I still eat cheese, I used to eat kraft singles but that's not good for you at all lol. So now I buy boars head Vermont Cheddar which is also lactose free FYI. Sorry I went on a rant lol I just like sharing what helps me everyday. Anymore questions, I would love to answer them. At first I was kind of all over the place. But everything really got going fast once I started my daily cardio, and trust me I despised cardio. I discovered Coach Kozacs channel on YouTube call "Hasfot" I absolutely recommend it. If not for this man I would not have accomplished much honestly. I typed in low impact Cardio for beginners and voala I found my home. It's not not hard it just keeps you moving and you get a good sweat going. He's awesome he pushes you th whole time with positivity and takchannel you step by step. II learned a lot through his channel and his website Hasfit.com everything is free. They offered him money to make dvds to sell to ppl and he declined because he believes everyone deserves to be fit and healthy. Very recommended0 -
Keep up the good work0
